so do 5 tibia 5 femur good to go?   Or 4 tibia 5 femur?

how would I look?

relaxed no flexing etc

I don't have a long torso, big shoulders, or long arms that is from lots of fitness.

Quote from: ItsMyLife on January 14, 2015, 02:56:50 AMi saw the new image. your tibia looks too short... but ur femurs are short too..

wearing those clothes, i dont know where is your waist line.

maybe 5-6 cm tibia, and similar for femur.

yea my legs are 30 inches I could do 33-34 like that and no one would notice.   So like 174 - 177 after two is good?   Should I do my tibia or my femur first?

Quote from: Herron52 on January 14, 2015, 02:59:10 AMStill seems like a large torso but if not my opinion is that your broad upper body's gonna help you look proportionate no matter how much you lengthen. From previous advice I've read here of you plan to do both tibias should be done first.

Great Salemfix you think is good then do Dr mohab prescrise II for femur's?   Germany is great for me lived there before dad's work was there.   Though I might show a picture of my legs my muscles are pretty big I would worry about tendons or what not tearing I guess.   My Muscles aren't massive but you would think after 5-6cm the tendons or what not would be hurting.  Probably would bring a test booster like hcgenerate tons of joint supplements and calcium like a mofo so everything would heal right.   So considering that thanks for thinking I have a long torso or a broad one no one thinks that xD

Quote from: ItsMyLife on January 14, 2015, 03:15:12 AMi heard u shd stop strenghtening ur legs, and focus more on flexibility....

i was 174 cm, legs length was 81 cm according to MRI.

at 76.2cm, your legs length is pretty short. what is your height?

for comparison purposes:
my torso: 93 cm
legs: 81 cm; after lengthening tibia, 89 cm.

165cm

Quote from: Slim_tim on January 14, 2015, 07:43:46 AMYou can pull of 5'10 max.

your torso is not "big" Its actually average to small. It only looks big because you are close to the ground.

For example stand on a small stool that give you 15 cm. Not so broad shouldered now right?.

Also your arms are short and it will become visible but doable at 5'10. At 5'11 you might develop another t-rex neurosis.

definition of stocky.

yea yea whatever i wanted 5'9 max not 5'10 hahaha 5'10 ?  no no chronic pain to mainstream
