I haven’t seen much discussion about this, but in theory, hyaluronic acid fillers could provide some cushioning and height increase to the heel fat pad. The issue is how long it lasts, as fillers eventually break down. You might want to check with a specialist in foot or orthopedic injections to see if it’s a viable option.
