I have removed my frames on Nov last year. It has been 8 months and my right knee still hurts when I fully extend it. Also, I can't do squat even with low weight, it hurts on the way up when it gets nearly extended. It also feels uncomfortable lose sometimes. Does anyone experience what I am experiencing rright now. My left knee is in perfect condition but the right one is bad. I'm afraid I might have to live with chronic knee pain even for the rest of my life.

How bad is the pain?  And when specifically do you get it?  Do you get it when you walk etc
