Go to any doctor that is recommended in this forum, and you will find someone. Or even doctor's assistant helps people to pair up (share flat etc.)
Pretty much regardless of where you go you will find someone doing LL at that moment.
Why not just chill with another patient wherever you do LL? It's much simpler.
Get to know special LL buddy on internet forum, maybe share flat, fall in love, then run away together with your beautiful new legs.

You should post what your schedule is and where you are going. That makes it easier to find people who are interested instead of waiting for someone to pm you.
