I'm looking at doing tibia <35k in a few years but I want to do it with external nails as to avoid the knee pain. 4-5cm would be good? Has anyone here done that with him and how has recovery been?

There are two diaries of him here and both look ok. I would also choose full external. I think Dr Giotikas offers the best cost-benefit. I will problably be ok doing 4-5cm.
