Been lurking around on this forum for a while and from what I have understood so far is that going over 5 cm at any point comes with a lot of risks. Strongly recommended by veterans like Sweden, BodyBuilder to not aim anything in excess of 5-6 cms. My question is how much less (or more for that matter) would the risks/complications be if the length is split 5-6 cm each in tibia and femur to going for 10 cm for example only in tibia or femur.
