Why the fk would i not be serious. Im not here to get a diagnosis from you. Obviously the damage is not that bad because i dont suffer from it nor has my flexibility changed. But since i feel thee knee is not 100% as it should be im wondering if people think it could become a problem when doing LL. For example, if they have heard of someone else who had a "minor" knee damage and did LL, and how it went for him/her.

I actually went to a doctor and did a normal x-ray of the knee and it turned out there is nothing wrong. The big question though, is if a normal xray is enough or if a mri scan is required. Im confused.
