Limb Lengthening end of summer

Hello All,

I'm going for Tibia Lengthening in 2 months. I've read too much about lengthening but it was all general and couldn't know what I really wanted to know.

I hope i can find here someone who can really help me since this surgery is really important to me and could change anyone's life.

Story:

First, My name is Ayman and I'm from Lebanon. My height at this moment is 170cm.

Some people might consider 170 cm is an acceptable height. For me, the problem isn't the height, but my body proportion.
and let me tell you that being short with good body proportion is much more better than having proportion problems.

anyway, my legs are short and I though if I can can add 4 cm, my body proportion could be at least normal ( I wont look like a minion anymore).

So I Contact Dr. Said Saghieh since he is in my country and we can understand each others easily. We agreed that he would take USD30K for 4-5cm using an the external method (ilizarov method).

Now what I wanted to know is the following and I hope someone can help me.

1- I read Craig review about Dr. saghieh, but that was in 2008. Did any had another experience with him?

2- is USD 30K considered expensive comparing to other countries and to other methods?

3- during the lengthening can I walk? and overall, is it a tough experience ?

30k for externals in Lebanon with a butcher.
All these sounds like a joke but unfortunately they are very serious.

Don't be so fool to trust someone who really messed Craig's legs and with so much money that you can go to the best dr in the world for externals, Catagni.
I wouldn't do LL in Lebanon even for 5k, not for the ridiculous 30k you mentioned!

You can probably get a reliable Russian doctor for 1/3 that amount.
