Dr Herzenberg doesn't do CLL, only reconstruction and discrepancies. All cosmetic cases are done by Dr Janet Conway.

is this a good doctor? usually i dont like newbie or unknown doctors even if they are cheaper. you can loose your legs if you are not careful. its better to investigate them carefully before.
maybe this doctor is good. give him the benefit of doubt. but one must be careful.

I saw this doctor in a site ( shortsupport ) , I did some research and saw that he had already done several times this operation ( you can see his face ) .. I cross it is a good doctor but I still have time to better reflect.. besides, I do not have too much choice because my budget does not exceed 17000 us

I live in Brazil, and currently brazilian currency is very low, making it almost impossible to save enough money for surgery...

So I was wondering if anyone knows of any cheaper doctors in South America, specially but not exclusively Brazil.
