LL in Canada for discrepancy. Also for cosmetic in the future?

There is LL avaible in Poland for ages but I barely heard about any cosmetic patients(only people with dwarfism).

From what I understand it's only performed on people with deformitys in Canada due to ethical reasons. I called several clinics in Alberta Bc and Quebec and always got the same answer.
