That is not really true. You need much more than 100k usd for both femurs and tibias. For tibias with LON, you need at least 40k perhaps more. For femurs with stryde, you need at least 80k. To be safe for any extra cost, you need to have 130-150k.
in vietnam I only pay 8k for LON tibias.
Giotikas has a package for both.
I did both tibias and femurs for under 30k in Russia, just saying
