I have a house that I can sell to afford internal femurs or do you recommend me external tibias for a much lower price but way more uncomfortable?

I am 172 cm, I would be good at 5 11, but femurs are very expensive also my currency is very weak no dollar or euro

I am 5 8", with femurs I would reach 5 11", but I only have the option of tibias and maybe I will have to have achilles lengthening to achieve 3 inches
