I hate to say this, but I feel that you will look noticeably disproportionate if you do LL. Still, if your height is ruining your self image, by all means go for LL. Just have a joke or excuse ready for when people point out that your legs are super long for your body.

not probably...by proportions...only can my proportions do 4 ctms....

Try doing some swimming and core exercises though to get rid of that bloated look on the stomach,

How long are your legs? (I mean the segments between your kneecaps and the ground, when you sit barefoot...)

my femur...is 39 ctms.....and my tibs are 35....yea...maybe soo long

Quote from: Slim_tim on May 14, 2014, 05:02:33 PMThe reason he looks tall is because his upperbody is very short and looks compressed. And i don't think he can do more than 8 cm without him looking like he is walking in stilts.

i dont want more than 8 ctms...if i only can take 6ctms in 2 segmentes...fine...im not want be to 180 ( 5 11) and i m not pretend be a model....i have wife, kids...and im only want be a litlle more taller...5 or 6 ctms is very goos 4 me.

You should go with 4 cm only with either segment. Unfortunately that you already have long legs so I think if you do too much your body will look super short and unnatural. my proportions
