Hello!  I am a Caucasian guy from Russia.  I want to be taller by LL.  But I don’t know how much it is possible to lengthen my legs and still have adequate proportions.
This is my current proportions:
Height in the evening - 172,5-173 cm (5’8), in the morning after waking up - 174,5 cm. I measured it using height meter, which I have at my home.
Sitting height in the evening - 92-92,5 cm , in the morning  - 94 cm. Also measured using height meter and chair.
Wingspan - 181 cm. I measured it by pressing my chest against the wall and spreading my arms in both directions.
Inseam - 78,5-79 approximately. I measured it using a book, pressing to the perineum.
Did I measure correctly?
I would like to be above 180 cm (5’11-6’0). 182-183 cm would be perfectly.
But I want to stay proportional man) as far as possible  My proportions and possible lengthening
What is your opinion about this?
I can upload several photos and make mockups, but a little bit later
I apologize if I made grammatical mistakes. English is not my native language

Quote from: FutureManuteBol on June 08, 2019, 04:14:50 PMMeasure your tibia and femur in respect with one another. This is important not only for proportions but for biomechanics. a ratio in the normal range of biomechanics will do a lot to preserve your ability post ll. This is less important if you're lengthening both bones, though.

The length of my leg from the beginning of the femur is approximately 86 cm.
The length of the tibia from the bottom of the knee to the ground is about 43 cm.
I think, that my tibias and femurs is approximately equal

Quote from: short on June 11, 2019, 05:16:02 PMIt's almost impossible to measure the length of your femur and tibia by your own, only x-rays works.
And btw you have to measure your tibia from the ankle to the lower edge of your knee you can feel...

I know. It's just approximately measuring. The length of my tibia from the knee to the ankle is approximately 34-35 cm and 8-9 cm - height of my foot.

I made mockups in clothes. 172,5 - 178,5 - 183

https://imgur.com/a/GsRX6K1 - Photo in a long T-shirt: original / + 6 femur / + 6 femur and + 4.5 tibia

I think my arms at 183 look a little short. But I wear lifts (about 4.5 cm) and on the photo I'm about 187,5 cm with them
