How common is this? Is it a parents responsibility if they had a short son to pay for their LL surgery? What would you do if parent?

I don't think it's their responsibility to afford LL cuz height is variable, and parents can't control it.
But I am glad to see any parents paying for LL in behalf of their children, at least they prevent them from being prospective incels/psychopaths bc of heights.
