Didn't work to embed the video. Useful stretching video, but saw some mixed reviews about Doctor Robert-Rozbruch.

Useful information. Proper physiotherapy during post-op is probably the most important aspect of the whole procedure. The surgeon could do everything perfectly but if physiotherapy is not paid attention to, the result will be less than satisfactory.

I think the youtube embed function has to be activated by the admin.

I'm currently lengthening with Dr.Barinov, thought it would be nice to share this video. It's a pretty effective exercise for knee bending. Hope you like the music Physical therapy videos (Merged Topic)

yea thats good mate just keep it up dont allaw it to bend and ballerina and do not lenthen more then 6cm

Do you guys know of any other Tibia Lengthening physical therapy videos. Those seem hard to come by. I just started to lengthen like two days ago. Also, how often are you clean the pin sites?
