If you had to choose, where would you want a few more inches?
Probably neck. Longer neck is a dream for many people.
3.5 inches on my tibias, 2.5 inches on my femurs, and then 4 inches on my wingspan.
You don't have the most important bone listed ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
I don't think I care particularly about where the height is so long as I look relatively proportional overall. I am starting to think I might end up doing tibias after I do my femurs, so in that case hopefully 3 inches in the femurs and 2 inches in the tibias for a total of 5 inches. 5'10" seems like a really good height.

Was about to suggest neck rings but apparently "Contrary to popular belief, the use of neck rings doesn't really make the wearer's neck longer, but it does give the illusion of length. The rings actually push the collar bone and ribs down, making the neck look longer. If attempts were made to truly lengthen the neck by stretching it, serious damage can be done." Sheesh

That's difficult when wearing it for too long.
