Precice 2 is not full weight-barring. you can't walk during lengthening. No you can't go back home because its not recommended, if something happen then you can't fix it soon which will be more problem for you

I would recommend you to do Precice 2 with Dr. Parihar. Check out Penguin's diary. Parihar is a very skilled doctor and will do Precice 2 for 42-45k USD I think.

but i want both tibia and femur lengthening

If you did both, then you should extend your weeding, because its will take more. my advice is just think about femur. how old are you?

Price for 2 segments on both legs is 94 k USD, with Parihar including accommodation.

That's wrong, he doesn't charge the same amount for external tibias as he would for Precice 2 internal femurs.
...unless you want to do Precice in your tibias as well.

The only reason I wanted to do precice 2 was thinking that I can get back home and start lengthening there but unfortunately penguinn said we can't get back home (my city hyderabad)
So I'll rather do external femur n tibia with sarin
