does the precise nail always make a squeak sound when it reaches its limit(which could be more than 8cm by a few mm)? or does it stop at 8cm exactly without any noise?

i read a few diaries it makes a sound.

Bumping this as well.
Both my left and right nails made a loud popping noise about 2 mm from where ERC says is the limit. I got a bit scared so stopped for now. I'll have an x-ray in a few days to see if it reached its max capacity. But without x-ray, how do we know if the nail reached its max capacity and we can stop.

2 mm is not noticeable unless you stand with a microscope maybe, so I think you guys are good.

For me, it made a “pop” noise. Then I tried to lengthen again just to be sure the next day. It started making grinding / buzzing noises. Almost like a phone vibration inside your thigh. At that point, I was fairly sure the nail was maxed out and the X-rays confirmed it.

thx for the reassurance. Yep I'm def reaching the end of it, but if the x-ray says I have a couple more mm, ill go for it. But glad to know im not the only one that heard the pop noise. thats scary every though it doesnt hurt when you're lengthening to heard a sudden loud pop from within your bone. And youre like there going like wtf do i keep the ERC on me or what.
