Hey guys I plan to have Stryde femur lengthening by the end of 2021 latest. I plan to do 6.5cm AT MOST, maybe even 6cm depending on how it goes. I would like some helps from some of the OGs that could tell me their 2c on what is recommended:

*stretching exercises list that can keep me flexible and nimble during procedure.
*I hear squats and heavy quad and hamstring muscle building is bad for this procedure? Any alternatives?
*General health exercise routine that can help me during the distraction phase.
*Any other tips really

All replies will be kindly welcomed!

first of all I think that pre-op is not very important stretching, just keep a good physical condition playing a sport or jog at least.
In StrydeNailChallenge diary there are many nice exercise to do during distraction, they should be enough.
Squats and heavy are not bad since you're not a bodybuilder or something like that.
