Is it possible to do 6cm femurs and 4cm tibia within a year w/ Paley? Do you have to do 5cm + 5cm (1 yr) or 8cm + 5 cm (2 yrs). I'm hoping you could get the second surgery within a year as opposed to 2.

Bumped. This is a great question. From what I've seen in Athens, 6 femur 4 tibia may be easier for alot of people than 5/5 (because of how tight calves can get) so I wonder about this as well

If you lengthen the femur by 8 cm and the tibia by 5 cm, (8+5), how much will you actually grow? How much less than 13 cm?

6/4 or 5.5/4.5 are viable partitions, highly recommend if you have a high t:f.

but if you want the maximum gain: 5cm tibia first, recover for 7-9mo, then doing 8cm femur is the fastest option. this is because 5cm tibia is somewhat faster than 8cm femur.
