So if you're doing internals both femur and tibia, what are the main laws for the kinds of visas and kinds of contracts/places you can stay at for that long in a foreign country if you're an American?

I've been researching this, evidently there are certain rules against staying that long in Athens

What do you think is the best way to go about this to be able to stay in Athens or Mumbai that long (like do tibias then wait a month then do femurs) all in the same place?

Or wait if you're doing internals on both legs then for the month you wait in between the surgeries with Giotikas, should you fly home in between? I guess it would save a bit of money rather than staying there

You can extend your visa easily in Athens. The doctor can give you a document stating your surgery. I saw you posted many questions. I think the easiest way is to ask the doctor's team. They have much more experience with these things.

You can get a medical visa extension if needed. Not sure how covid has changed the rules, bit when I was there a letter from Dr Parihar got me an extension of a few months.

No dude, you asked this question many times before. You need to go with a medical visa signed off by your doctor before you go. Kilokhan literally tells you word for word in his diary what he was saying to his doctor.
