I skate for fun and I know this surgery is going to affect my biomechanics. The thing that bothers me is that which segment is better to lengthen if I still want to skateboard?

Yes it will affect your biomechanics.  I think tibias would be better because when you bend your knees, with long femurs the rest of your body will be much farther off-center.

Hi what if its 5cm on femurs? Do you think it will affect that much on my biomechanics?
