Hi I get ready for doing tibias with Stryde in February 2021.
Need help to look for tibias exercise and stretches.
I buy slant board already but do I just stand on it?
Anyone can help with exercises and stretches. I do search but can not find much.
Anyone have links to slant boards exercises or stretches.
Any exercises and stretches for ready to do tibias will be helpful.
