You mean don’t to do the surgery overall  or you mean don’t do it with Buldu?

It's no-brainer to figure out why you shouldn't save money for LL because it is a really serious surgery and if you want to get crippled then take it or leave it
You mean not do do the surgery CLL in general or dons do it with Buldu So dr Buldu is good or bad option?
