Absolutely nothing will happen except you have an extra few tens of thousands in your account to live your life and spend on LL surgery. Done it myself - sure I'll not be able to get a car loan or a mortgage for 7 years (oh noes, whatever will I do without being able to borrow money from the Jews and spend the rest of my life as a wageslave paying the interest), but you know, there's plenty of places outside of where you live that won't know or care, and even if you will be returning home, just pay cash for your car and rent.
