Hey

As you all already know, squats get proportionally harder to do with the femur length due to the increased leverage. Then there's muscle wasting/atrophy. I used to be able to do 100kg*8 back at 167 cms which is nothing special, but now at 181 cm I've only recently started squatting and it's absolutely horrible with 40x8-10 for 4 sets. I'm wondering what's your experience with squatting after femoral lengthening? What weight did you start? How much are you squatting now? How long did it take to get there?

I'm demotivated with this bs, feeling weak. Thinking about doing a few cycles of test e (250-500 mgs week) + turinabol (30mgs/day), that should help recovering the strength faster and after that I hope I can keep it with no juice. What do you say?

You haven't been squatting for more than a year, and got muscle atrophy caused by surgery. Of course you will be weaker

I wouldn't take any drugs to develop muscle... You can end with more troubles by doing that.
You have suffered a big injury and had to stop using your legs muscles by having done LL. It's just natural to lose strength. Be patient and do your exercises bit by bit and your strength will come back slowly. But I wouldn't expect to recover all of my athletic ability pre-LL. If you did this surgery it is because you priorized height over being 100% "healthy".

Love your cycle idea since you likely have done it before or are considering you know how you take an AI to stop gyno?  Well that stuff ruins your tendons and joints not having LL.  Now imagine having weak dry achy joints and then doing squats after going from 167-181.  That sounds really painful!  Anyways best of luck with that I would do body weight squats and not do bar bell squats.  Try going for pretty much anything if you can do those try to do like sets of 5,10,15,20,25?  Best of luck hoping to do 165-177 - 180 5'10 anyways gonna try to look for your dairies on how much length you did each section since i'm curious and haven't seen it.

Hate to say it, but over a year ago I told you so man. There's just no evidence of anyone having LL and then coming back with a decent squat.

I'd try focus on single leg stuff (eg working up to heavy split squats) as they will be less dependent on technique, hip mobility, ankle mobility etc but still make you damn strong.

If I were you and lengthened 14 cm, I wouldn't even try heavy squats.
Don't damage your feet, try to maintain them as much as you can with light work out. If you are not careful you risk great problems like early arthritis etc.
People should know that after LL some things will never be the same. If your biggest problem is that you can't squat as heavy as you used to, which is comoletely normal, consider yourself lucky.
