In a month i will have my external surgery and i’m wondering guys how long does it take to go back to squats and deadlifting, atleast without huge weights

From most of the Dr's websites, a lot of them say to wait 2 years until you go back to normal workouts. But there's a lot of diaries on here about people working out after just 1 year or less

None have said it to me but if you go on their website, where it explains the process, most Dr's have written 18-24 months or just nothing at all, or if you google the surgery itself.

I'm sure this is just to be on the safe side though as everyone starts much sooner

If you can remove the nail after one year in normal cases, I think you can work out after one year.
