Oh and there is a real possibility to not being able to walk again properly. Just read your comment again carefully and think about what you wrote. Coming from a non-normie. I understand the choice people here made or are thinking about making isn’t easy to understand. It’s not a few centimeters it’s 8 which can be a big different for someone people. Also the only risk you have of not walking again is if you go to a bad doctor. Doing this surgery made my life a lot better. Try imagining being unable to go out without people pointing at you or laughing at you and thinking about having to deal with that for the rest of your life or doing this for .5 a year.

Kind of harsh coming from someone is 178 CM, while wanting to become taller by 13 CM.  If we are Gigabrain, what are you then? Super Duper Gigabrain?

Not, this is cosmetic limb lengthening surgery:
https://online.boneandjoint.org.uk/doi/full/10.1302/2046-3758.97.BJR-2019-0379.R1
It's a scientific method that allows people to modify their bodies.

This is not a "echochamber post", it's a link to a scientific document.

The ad that Dr. Mahboubian shows also has the patient barefoot in the before picture...and wearing shoes in the after picture.  Just saying.

100k USD isn't the end of the world if you have a good job, know how to invest properly, and have good parents/relatives to loan you money.

Despite Redditors claiming to be "smart" and "informed" their occupations are laughable so I can see how 100k is a lot to them.

Yeah the general public is not very good with money. Even many with high income don’t know how to build wealth. With that said, nearly all prospective patients won’t have $100K of disposable wealth at the age which LL would benefit them the most.

This is the truest thing that I've read all year — especially the last sentence, it's genuinely saddening honestly. Better to be late bloomer than to have never bloomed at all...
