IMO all these 10 surgeons that Cyborg4Life have listed are top-tier.

As you can see, the Turkish butchers are not even listed in this video

because it's not even worth being listed.

not surprised donghoon lee is ranked #2, i'd argue he's on the same level as Paley. I haven't seen a single bad outcome from DALRI while here.
