Has anyone had to complete a video consent form before surgery? What is it?

My guess would that it basically a video of you who says YES to whatever you need to consent. But it sounds wierd usually its only on paper...

its a piece of paper that you sign to agree to the doc taking video of the procedure
all the footage you see on youtube or ig of the procedure is because someone signed that agreement
everything is deidentified ( they dont show your face, and its usually just showing the osteotomy and/or the insertion of the rod.

you dont have to sign it
i signed mine for educational purposes only. so dr G could use to teach other doctors. i have no identifying features on my lower limbs so i figured i could do my part and help
