Only a little bit.  That extra bone will only way a couple of pounds.

Yes, about 10kg. I don't think it had only to do with LL though as I was very thin before LL. Now I am 7-8kg even more than I was after LL.

8cm of femur bone weighs a hundred grams at most. the new muscle and fat weighs around 3kg after regaining weight from atrophy.
