My score of sit-and-reach is 32cm without shoes.Does that mean I'm flexible??
If that doesn't,what does?

Palming your hands on the floor and walking them side to side without any pain is a good measure. Also, feet to butt certain splits but you want to focus on ROM with flexibility.
You should probably google and do proper research on this.
