To me, it sort of feels like the brain is a little bit warmer and sleepier. Pain is still there but feels more distant/dulled from the brain and the brain feels more tired and cares less about the pain

How does it feel for you?

No effect for me. Zero. I just relied on paracetamol for the first 2 months and then stopped all the pain killers after that.

Same here SD.  Although when you're up and about you notice it less.  I got some after my fasciotomy surgery.
