Everyone says that PT is one of the most important things.
But what exactly do we do at PT? Why are the exercises so complicated that we cannot do it by ourselves without any trainer?
I see that most doctors offer PT for about 1 month. Is 1 month enough?
How many months of PT do we do with PRECISE/STRYDE?

Stretching!

I got a fake PT. He took my money. I won nothing from him. You don't need PT. You can stretch yourself.

you can honestly do PT on your own if you know what your doing and are not lengthening over 5 cm.
it involves stretching and walking a lot

- can find which stretches to do online

This happened in Barcelona, Spain. The fake PT was not a licensed physiotherapist but he lied to us patients. He said he was a licensed PT and then charged much more than a real PT. He did almost nothing for 40 eur per hour. He watched you biking, he watched you pushing a ball with your legs and using a band, and then stretched your legs for 10/15 minutes. He caused damage to some patients. He also yelled at patients and insulted them. Many patients had bad experiences with him. Musicmaker herself had problems with him. Mars told me he isn't there anymore but you can see a picture of him in Bohemia's diary. Sneaky guys. Don't trust any of them
