I am very interested to ask the people who underwent the surgery on what they recommend:
Examination of infections, pain, comfort, easy form, and a good recovery

Femurs: Internals (Precice 2)
Tibias: Externals (Ex-Fix .. my opinion but still seems the best). Depends on what you want to achieve.
No1 thing though ... a strong mindset.
