just teasing sweden. But in all honesty I would just say I fell of a horse. My original plan was to work my way up to 2 inch insoles, lengthen, then I would wear the flattest shoes possible for a while.. then work my way up again (1/2inch insoles, then 1inch, then 1.5, and 2.) then lenghten again. That way it wouldnt be such a drastic change.. more incremental. I can only wear 1 inch insoles at most though, maybe I wear the wrong type of shoes Idk.

I used to wear insoles but then I would get caught when I took off my shoes. After a while I just said to hell with it. If I do this operation I am just going to tell them all. I ain't too proud.

I believe that ppl don't really notice a 5cm increase in you height.
I have been wearing 5cm lifts.
after surgery (hopefully 8-10cm gain) I will take the lifts off. the effective height increase from other ppl's eyes will be just under 5cm.
Since they would not have seen me for 4 months while I lengthen, I don't see how they will really notice.

Just fyi, you should stop wearing lifts a few months before you go through leg lengthening. Wearing shoe lifts constantly leads to shortening of the Achilles tendon, and that's not something you want before lengthening.
