I asked the names of various doctors on this bulletin board. Each time there is more than one opinion about who the safe doctor is. I think paley, mhboubian, giotikas, rozbruch are really safe. Are there any other safe doctors yet?
Paley is the most famous, also Catagni is considered really good

What about the Indian parihar? His hospital and India are dirty, but parihar's reputation is great. I wanted to send him an email but his email didn't work. Could you give me an e-mail of parihar?
He may not be popular in the forum but Dr. Ozgur from Turkey is doing a great job, especially with internal nails. I got into contact with him through this web link:

Then I had a chance to get into personal contact with him and he is such a nice man. Dr. Ozgur also showed me x-rays of his patients, and patient testimonials are also available in the website. He has been in research&development team of a Turkish-made internal lengthening nail, and has plenty of publications and awards in LL and reconstruction field. He is now doing Stryde too. Not something I can afford definitely, but still great price.
Turkish hospitals are also awesome, not a single bit different than those in Europe and USA. One would never feel lack of care and hygiene here (I have moved to Turkey several months ago and can confirm that)
