I’m stuck between these two surgeons. I live in Houston, was told by Paley’s staff that I have to stay 3 months in the same area, which is going to be difficult for me. I heard Dr Debi allows his patients to leave after 2 weeks and to continue PT at home.
Is Dr Debi a good surgeon?

Paley is the best LL surgeon in the world probably. That being said, nothing wrong with Debi. He’s solid.
If you go home, just need to find a good PT. The thing about the PT’s that work with the LL surgeon directly is that they are experienced with limb lengthening patients specifically. They’ve been through the entire rehab process with dozens if not hundreds of people who’ve done this. A random PT might not have ever had a single limb lengthening patient which makes it a little more difficult I think
