It depend upon what you consider small, if you think 14 cm is small (this is what I have) I woud rather be tall and having a" small penis"
Height beats penis size unless you have a very small penis , height will always beats penis size, I never had any problems with girlfriends, and my penis (which us completely average) is the least of my concern.
