I have seen some users mention genetic limits.. so after x amount of inches the body decides that’s somehow to much and stops filling in bone?
I would also like to mention when you are stretching slowly each day does the muscle keep stretching or is that how the body naturally grows, where the bone stretches the legs out causing the body to create new tissue? I looked it up and it seems to be the case but just want to make sure
If I were to use distraction osteogenesis with clavicles (2cm each side or more), would all the muscles grow in length or just stay stretched? If I were to try to reverse this for some reason let’s say pain, would I be screwed as I have created a lot of extra soft tissue that isn’t being utilized as the bone is not being kept in its new lengthened place?
