Why people usually suggest to do Tibias?

And why some people here say that long tibias are considered more pleasent aesthetically, for a man atleast?

The aesthetic reason could be a major reason, I think. Generally the longer tibias look better than longer femurs.

Another important reason for tibia for cll is that generally speaking, external methods such as LON and LATN are cheaper than internal methods (Precise (now Stryde), Fitbone, Betz nails or G nails etc.).  Of course if you search more, you may find some options for internal cll at the low price. 

For femur lengthening, only internal methods are acceptable, meaning that it is likely more expensive than tibia.  By the way, don't ever think about external femur.

I think longer femurs look better, besides also being the best option (if using internals).

Longer tibias make you look taller, though. Long femurs contrast more heavily with your torso.

With internal on tibia, you have the risk of permanent knee pain, mainly if done using parapatellar aproach of incision the nail.

But I still prefer internal.

There is a study which says that almost everyone has permanent knee-pain, post-surgery after internals on tibias.
I'm not sure if i have read it in this forum or found it by google.

It's a well known fact and I'm a good example. I did internal femurs (retrograde) in 2016 and I have permanent knee pain
