Not everyone thinks risks outweighs the benefits .
Even if they wanted too,medias would kill them and would talk so much s*** for them undergoing it because would be almost impossible to hide .
They would put their careers at risk.

Such an interesting question. I was actually discussing the topic with my wife a few days ago, and that is also a topic I discuss with a large proportion of my patients or those who inquire about limb lengthening.
The bottom line is that height is only a single component of what creates your persona. Other factors such as Style, Speech tone, velocity and content, body composition, charisma and much much more, matter as much if not more than height . All those components can be acquired and developed through constant personal development and effort. I encourage everyone to explore those avenues.
These celebrities you are referring to have acquired this self confidence via methods completely unrelated to their height. There are Billionaires, CEOs out there, very successful people who are very short! I know 5’3” who can command a room as soon as they walk in!
The reason why limb lengthening works is because it impacts your brains. Not because of the absolute height obtained.

They're already rich, popular, and good-looking; they wouldn't really benefit as much from LL. Also, the media would kill them for it--like mentioned above.
The average pitch fork person would mock them for doing it and disregard that people can do LL for personal greatness beyond being already great in public.

Martin Freeman - He played the Hobbit in The Hobbit trilogy movie. He was chosen because of his short height, because as you know, hobbits are like midgets.
