I'm 159-161cm in height, if I did LL to get to 170cm, would my arms look short, too short for my body
You may want to upload pictures with blurred face on imgur.
At 159 cm proportions are the last thing I would care about honestly, even if it looked a little weird I'd still shoot for 170 and attempt to mitigate it by bulking up
Post pictures and if it looks fine then good for you

Keep in mind, it's proven that women prefer men with longer legs than average.
Plan to do 2 surgeries? Because +10cm on femurs seem a little too much for your height (leg proportions), plus it's not the safest option for recovery from what I've heard.
How are you assuming he's talking about 10+ on one segment

I didn't. Just asked. I assumed that the user is male though.
Also there's a thing, the taller you are; ironically the better results you get from LL. I'm an example. My torso is big enough to shoot 6'1, my hands are huge as hell. Only bad thing is, my arms will look SLIGHTLY short. So, even though I hate my current height; It's still kinda good to start with near 175cm heights I guess.
I'm 21 and I'm gonna start with tibias, even tho I'm a short guy, I've traveled to over 30 countries and went from wanting to be 180cm to 170cm, my wife is 165cm, I just want to find a doctor for 20k, I've thought about pili maybe, and I'll do femurs when im 23-24, how do you take a good picture that depicts your proportions right
Your hip level. The angle of the camera should be at the hip level. Just put your phone somewhere, set the time, then go 3-4 step forwards and stand still.
People obsess too much about proportions. In reality, if you’re short people will notice it, if your legs are longer than your arms or out of proportion, it hardly gets noticed. Also, if someone says to you that you have long legs, I would personally take it as a compliment. If your short, like me, and planning to get limb lengthening just focus on the max height you can get (safely of course). Don’t worry about disproportions. Even Dr Paley says that proportions are over exaggerated.
Lastly, there are tricks you can pull with clothes you wear to disguise any obvious disproportion.
But honestly having followed stories and threads on this forum and other places, I have never come across anyone who has gone through limb lengthening complaining about disproportions.
