I'm assuming its from all the crutches/walker usage and will go away when I stop using those things

But I am sort of hoping there is a way to make this pain go away sooner than that

It only comes up I guess uh when I flex my wrist in the direction closer to pinkie I guess

I wonder if there are certain motions I'm doing that are contributing to this pain more than others?

It goes away couple weeks into soncolidation .
I totally forgot about it if not for this post   lol ...
