If yes can you tell whats the time frame between two surgeries. some off my friend says i need at least 1 year gap between two surgeries.
if you know any experience plz share
thanks
You can do quadrilateral with surgeries on femurs and tibias only weeks apart. I've seen patients do it, but it's quite a strain on the body and you must be in near peak physical condition with very flexible and lean muscles. It's wiser to do the separate the two surgeries by a gap of at least 6 months.
I am think about do 2 ll too. I'd give myself 1year and half gap
