My language learning and using ability are all good and I think I can cope with language barriers easily when I move abroad to USA. In addition to other reasons I wanna just live as a premanent resident in USA after doing LL so I am seeking for advices especially from native Americans.
I know due to the COVID-19 anything about immigrations is way much harder than previous prior to the pandemic but due to my personal reasons I gotta migrate there and I also don't wanna elaborate them in public here in addition to the fact that they are not the main point of this question. So it's waste of time to inquire the reasons.
My college major is computer science and my English is good(evaluated by others but I don't know how my English seems to you native English speakers as an English learner instead of an ABC LOL).
Not COVID-19 infected although with severe height and appearance dysphorias(I know I am not migrating over S.Korea).
Can accept exotic marriages(aka marriages with Americans).
Can accept being a low-paid workforce there.
Can accept changing my nationality.(I don't expose my personal informations here just to achieve someo patriotic criticisms)
Can accept very different living environments and conditions(including socializations, occupations, clothes, foods, living, transportations and etc.)
Can accept high rates of shooting crimes.
Any advices?

Quote from: ilovescience on March 05, 2022, 12:35:02 PMCalifornia is a good place. Bay Area and Los Angeles are good places. I would recommend you San Francisco, good weather and diverse cultures. Also lots of Chinese/Taiwanese restaurants.
Thx for you advice. I also heard California is resort for many Americans to enjoy lives at their old ages LOL. But personally I am the biggest fan of Texas. I love Brisket and beers there.
