Hi ,
I have achieved my goal and finished lengthining of my femurs 7 months ago using LON Method.
while I have been progressing in terms of recovery , one thing is persistent which is the pain in the side of the upper part of the hip , that is most likely trochanteric bursa, the pain is more present when seated in and out of the car and when climbing stairs (i.e. when I am treying to raise my leg while bending the knee)
I have been trying all kind of excersices whther it is strengthing or stretching the whole group of musles , yet the pain is more of rollercoaster in terms of having really good days or pain is minimal to days where the pain is really considerable especially when I am more active in terms of walking.
My question is , is it likely that the trochanteric bursa and some part of the surrounding musles or tendons such as. gluteus minimus were permantely damaged ? that there is no real workable solution to solve the problem ?
is such such pain recoverable with long term ?
anyone have expierience with such pain and whther this had disspaeread with time ?
Thanks,
