10cm is dangerous and recovery can really take a mental and physical toll. i'd say never exceed 7-7.5. thats the last limit of recoverable tibial distraction.

one of my friend work in a mine/tunnel boring he has a laser height measure device it can reached up to thousand fraction. but its not accurate i get average .453 cm +/- different. so i correct it with conversation app.

yes it is 5.45 foot after wake up(12pm) & 5.35 foot before going to bed(3am).  any 10 cm patient here ?? any 10 cm patient here ?? any 10 cm patient here ?? any 10 cm patient here ??
