any doctor in the united states that does external fixation surgery for cll?

I do not want LON, LATN, or any other internal surgery that involves intramedullary reaming.

Every doc I've spoken to in the US that offers CLL has said that there is no additional savings when using exfix and will basically only agree to use internals for cosmetic cases.

If you insist on exfix you'll save tons going international.
